Akumakon 2026

This year we were delighted to take part in Galway’s iconic Akumakon thanks to the good folks over at Imirt!

Having grown up in Galway, I have also had a real soft spot for the convention, so getting to take part this year has been really exciting.

We set up our little booth early in the morning and had a steady trickle of folks (and a couple of huge waves) throughout the day, and it was a blast!

It was great to get meet all of the lovely folks who stopped by to play and chat (and pick up free stickers) and to see how much they got a kick out of our weird little game.

By the end we had learned a tonne and have walked away with a long list of tweaks and edits to improve the game. What more could you ask for!
